Three of the four countries in the UK experienced year-on-year growth in January, with Scotland seeing the largest rise of 7.1 per cent, followed by England (6.6 per cent) and then Wales...<div class="feedflare">

Despite a national dip being reported in some recent property market surveys, including those from Nationwide and Halifax,&nbsp;haart recorded a healthy 1.9 per cent growth in London house prices last month.
Using statistics compiled across 23 of their&nbsp;London branches,&nbsp;haart reports that the...<div class="feedflare">
